Hi there...I'd like to know how excatly AY soft downgrade elite status works.
Right now I have Finnair Platinum elite status with 150k tier points and left 30k award points
My tracking period ends 31 Dec. 2022 (in a few days)
I have a few doubts...
- What should I do to keep Platinum status thru 2023?
- If I do nothing...What will happen on 1st Jan 2023?:
- Will my elite status becomes Gold?
- Will all my actuals tiers points disappear? if that happens I will need to earn again from 0 to 150k tier points again? Or they will take me off 70k tier points and leave me with 80k tier points of Gold status?
I will appreciate any help here.

The app doesn't show the right expiration date. Check your profile on their website. If you have 150k tier points your status will expire dec 2023
