Is 9F a no-recline seat on the Krappiak domestic A321 configuration. So far I have only flown F on the Krappiak A321. It looks like there's no 10F on reconfigured ships. I assume that as on the pre-Krappiak configuration that's because there's an aft-facing FA jumpseat at 2R.

Any intel on whether 9F reclines or not?
