I got in touch with a WhatsApp text from LH Customer Service but it was a fat "nothing sandwich". Basically said they emailed the lost baggage team and then left me on read.
Still no idea where my stuff is despite UA confirming it's in ORD
I'm on day 11 now and they still can't even tell me where my bags are. I've been told FRA, BRU, BLQ and LHR!
