I echo this. Passed through it a month ago with a 7+ hour layover (largely my doing, partly mechanical issues) and the service / food were phenomenal. Quite different from the JFK FFD experience a few days before my MIA visit.
I know we are going a bit OT here but this is why there was so much hope for the Chelsea lounge- FFD I have experienced at MIA and DFW was first-rate with excellent drinks, cocktails and food and a regularly changed/updated menu in DFW at least.
Best bits of JFK CCR x best bits of FFD should have been frankly industry-leading.
BA and AA have shown that they
can do it.
Anyway, live in hope that things are on the up now.
