This has been the case for SEA-BOS-SEA (AS12) and SFO-BOS-SFO (AS1352) since January, and for SEA-BOS-SEA (AS1441) since October.

Starting Jan 9th, 2023, the BOS flights are all being renumbered, adding some more overlapping flight numbers (this is the stable schedule for March):

SEA-BOS: AS306 (7:35a), AS460 (3:40p), AS536 (9:40p)

BOS-SEA: AS459 (7:05a), AS537 (9:30a), AS306 (5:00p)

PDX-BOS-PDX: AS358

SFO-BOS: AS356 (7:40a), AS546 (10:55p)

BOS-SFO: AS547 (7:00a), AS356 (5:45p)

SAN-BOS-SAN: AS390

Definitely a lot of other destinations that get the overlapping numbers, but BOS seems to have the most.
