Return travel from the last stopover point must commence no later than 12 months after departure.

Hmmm ... 'no later than 12 months'. What does this mean in practice? If my first flight was 1 June, can the last flight be the following 1 June or does it have to be 31 May? (I've cut it close before but never this close.) TIA.
