Extra cost for me would be $180*2 and the freebie for the toddler.
Don't know the cash price of extra adult. But my Junior Suite King room (booked with points) can hold more kids with cash payment ($125/kid/night). By definition, kids are child at the age of 2-12. I think it's plausible to pay cash for extra adult.
