Bring back something like the Stirrings mixers that US Airways used to have on board. A decent margarita mix plus a couple acceptable tequila minis, and the flight seemed to go by a lot more quickly.

Even better when the lounge had single-serve packages of tortilla chips and salsa that occasionally fell into my carry-on bag.
