I know they waive cover charges but is it customary to buy a drink at the NY Bar? Spouse and I don't drink alcohol or much of drinks in general besides maybe sparkling water at all and just want to enjoy the ambiance and view there. If so we can just suck it up and buy a drink each but if it's not weird to go without we'd prefer that ofc!
