I normally prefer a 3 hour connection to allow for late flights, but I have done 2 hour connections with no problem. The bus only takes about 10 min to go between terminals, so it is more a matter of how long of a wait for the bus to arrive, how quickly you clear customs, and then how quickly you pass thru security in Terminal 1. Two and a half hours should be sufficient.
