It looks like I'll have to live part of the week in the IC Paris Le Grand for most of this and the next year. On spend only, given the rate, I might be eligible to Diamond. Given the spend requirements, I guess I'd be able to get a RA invitation. On the other hand, I've read on this forum that the number of different properties also affects RA criteria. My question is: what is the lowest bar of number of hotels visited that prompted a RA invitation, and would several IC in the same city count as different properties? (if the threshold is low, like 5, I could divert a few stays to IC Champs-Elysées, Kimpton St Honoré... but if it's 10 or 15, even with holidays stays I would probably not get it...)
Think the guys already have given you what you need. It's very difficult to say with precision. I can give you my stay profile for 2022 if it's helpful, a very odd year stay pattern for me:
4 IC's M.E
1 IC's in India / Indian Ocean
2 IC's in France
1 IC in UK (multiple stays)
1 Kimpton in UK (single stay)
2 CP's in UK (probably less relevant)
That model of stays has attained RA but it's near impossible say out of that what the minimum model of that is. Much lower number of stays and nights for me in 2022
It might provide an outlier at least. I suspect you would get away with much less in terms of spread. Spend on extras over 365 appears be more of a guarantee from what I'm seeing than sheer volume of nights or locations. Even on points.
