I really only stay for leisure as well so that could be a factor also when there choosing who gets RA possibly.
Don't worry about the continent thing. I said it "used" to be that way. Like 15-20 years ago. Many people here have qualified without 3 continents. And we have a good RA population of both leisure and business travelers. Even before the pandemic.
