I'd have to say DCA. I also passed through ORD many times; not too bad a hub, just a bit dated. DFW is huge, so pretty decent overall, too.

Worst would be CLT. Can't stand the employees and tight space there. Very rude and fake staff there. PHX has generally nice employees, but is quite old and crowded as well.
