So I just asked the Concierge Twitter team and they said I can add an extra adult for $180/night. I asked if it would be fine with 4 adults and 1 toddler (2 year old) in a standard points booking. They said, "yes." Did anyone else have data points on this? Since their standard rooms are large (600+ sf), I think it's valid what they say.

Extra cost for me would be $180*2 and the freebie for the toddler.
