1) The CCR is operated by BA alone. Chelsea is operated jointly by AA and BA.
2) Why do you care about the BA access rules for GGL in a lounge that is co-operated by BA? It has no bearing on your access rules given to you by AA. Your concern might be remotely understandable if the lounge were to get overcrowded because of too many GGL in it, but so far, it hasn't looked that way. That lounge has a whole lot of other issues, GGL overcrowding is not one of them.
3) Your access rules are what AA tells you. The GGL access rules are what BA tells its GGL customers. They do not have to be the same.

Chances are, you won't get Krug either way, whether there is an occasional GGL on an AA domestic ticket in that lounge or not.
