YYZ-AMS there was no issue and it showed up on my ticket.
Thanks for the feedback, it's very sad that no one working for air canada at this flagship lounge is able to know the rules. The rules are simple enough, one should not have to fight to gain entry when eligible. And the staff working at their premium flagship lounge should in no way be rude towards a passenger. Lets see what will happen to us next week...
edit : when you mean that you pulled up the rules from the aircanada website, you meant the mention at the bottom of this page ?
