Looking forward to your experience. Maybe the stopover in YYZ will cause the system to print "Signature" on the BP. But I would prepare for some discussion, maybe even print the rules from their website.
I had the same thing a few weeks back on the AMS-SCL fare (stop in YYZ both ways). For YYZ-SCL, they argued that I didn't get access to the SS. I pushed back stating that this is a cash business fare on an international flight.
They tried to tell me I wasn't eligible since it was an LH-issued ticket. I had to pull up the access requirements on the AC site, but they still pushed back. They dug into the reservation and were fairly rude, noting that my P fair was 'HEAVILY discounted' and basically second-rate. I held my ground and they eventually gave me an 'exception' and let me in.
YYZ-AMS there was no issue and it showed up on my ticket.
