Non-priority also took a while, but since they didn't lose the regular containers, they were faster.
A bunch of us had trackers in our bags so we all knew they were still at the gate.
This happened to me on YYZ-GRU Nov5. All bags came out except priority. Many of us had AirTags that showed our bags still sitting at the gate. Over an hour wait for them to come out. All I can think of is the flight continues to EZE and we arrived in GRU one hour late. They were in a hurry to turn the plane and “forgot” about the priority bin.
