6. Comments about SNA application: Upgraded at first opportunity. Full 1 bedroom suite. Used 35k certs. Do recommend the hotel if in the area.

4. Suite upgrade received: Cotton 1 King w/ balcony and courtyard view
5. Days prior to arrival the reservation was made: At least 2 months
6. Comments about SNA application: Upgraded at first opportunity. Booked 1 night via points and 1 via AMEX FHR. I didn't press the upgrade as I was exhausted from traveling and was totally fine with the upgrade. Courtyard rooms are quiet which is what I wanted.
