I've now tried several times to make a Scoot booking but after entering payment details and clicking Pay Now (or whatever), each time the process gets stuck at https://centinelapi.cardinalcommerce.../Cruise/StepUp.

Having landed on that page, absolutely nothing more happens.

Is this likely to be a browser issue (I'm using Firefox)? Or ...??

I don't really want to have to choose another airline, so I hope there is a straightforward explanation/workaround
