They denied me saying they were a same day lounge, not due to the 3 hour rule. So if I had a flight at 12:20am or 12:01am, I am denied entry. If the flight was at 11:59pm, there is no issue. I politely asked if there was an exception and they said no. Guess they are not empowered to use common sense. It didn't look crowded either and many people were getting in. I wrote in to AMEX but unlikely to get any response. I called customer support after I left the lounge and they couldn't help either.
