Anyone else having issues with the service currently?

Couple of examples:
Last night we tried ordering from Cargo through our butler and got ”certainly” as a reply. Waited over an hour so contacted again and he said he thought I made the order via the Ipad myself, which is not possible as the items we tried to order are not on the room service menu. Ended up ordering on the Ipad and waiting two hours in total to get dinner.
This afternoon the in-room dining didn’t pick up the phone (waited about a minute and hung up). Told this to the butler and ordered via him which took him almost an hour to acknowledge with no apologies regarding the wait or the issue reaching them via phone.
Butler send a message to invite us management cocktails tonight at 6:45 even though we have an activity booked until 8PM.
Room service had left a ”mystery” can of sprite and jar of M&Ms on the table which disappeared while we were later out snorkeling.

None of the issues are significant but as all of them have happened during the first 24h of our stay really feels odd especially because so many have raved about the service here. Maybe I had set my expectations a bit too high and used to the generally excellent Thai service standards.
