It depends partly on how badly you need to make this connection. Would it be a big problem if you were delayed by, say, a day? Obviously you don't want that but how painful would it be?

Another factor is the timing of the departures from SEA to SFO and LAX. If the LAX flight is later, then if the SEA-SFO flight is delayed, you can rebook then via LAX.
