Far from it! Try taking it from Long Term Parking. I start stressing out about making a flight even if I pull in the LTP garage a full hour before departure with carry on only.

How about grabbing one of the first free hotel shuttles (to say a nearby hotel in Burlingame or whatever is convenient) and going that way to get picked up at a hotel?
That is my strategy if taking rideshare after landing in order to avoid inflated airport pricing.
