I know I have received invoices for random people from random HPs, but I don't see why that would happen pre-stay - in a way that would lead somebody to contact Hyatt about it.
I double checked. There is no change in my account. Hyatt has no idea why it happens, just saying when they received the cancellation phone call, they did verification (name and address). My family was travelling to this Hyatt Place hotel with me during the cancellation phone call and they didn't make such call. There is something wrong.
