Flight above is my return. Outbound LAX->MCO on a 737-900ER has pre-selection, so its not the route.
The primary reason for not able to pre select an meal is due to the aircraft type A321-Neo, Delta are unable to explain why and also unable to pre select a meal when you contact customer service either.
