Hi!

Just wanted some guidance and maybe where in the EU laws this is true as the security check in guard claimed..

Basically, we were flying Stansted - > Bergen - > Ålesund with Widerøe

At Stansted they put some alcohol I bought in Sealable bags, but they were not transparent. And then at security in Bergen they said they have to consficate it due to EU regulations as they can't see inside it.

Is this true? Does their scanner not pick it up, and if this is true for all EU destinations, why do they offer these bags in the first place at Stansted? Really frustrating!
