Hi,
I posted this on the other thread and now realize other passengers had the same issue.
Two of my friends, travelling yesterday on AC92 (YYZ-SCL), with a P class revenue ticket (220- Lufthansa issued ticket, but AC marketed and operated), got denied entry at the Toronto signature suite due to capacity constraints.
We are supposed to fly the same itinerary next week (if the upcoming winter storm allows us indeed), is that something common to have the signature suite so full that they won't let you in? I am very much looking forward visiting the SS and travelling AC business class long haul and plan to do a FT trip report about this vacation, last time I flew AC business was back in 2011 on the old herringbone seats on the 330...
