No personal experience with this. If it was me, I would do the following:
- contact your airline and ask their advice - they will have experience with this.
- contact the security checkpoint folks at the airports you will be traveling through and ask them what you should do.
Be sure to write down who you talked to, when, and what the specific advice was. Then, bring those notes with you when you get to your departure airports as early as possible, maybe an hour earlier than you would have otherwise. Based on US screening practices you should expect to be subjected to heightened scrutiny that comes with SSSS. It might be uncomfortable but it shouldn't be a major problem.
