Tried searching the airport, etc. and can't find anything.
How early does the Southwest ticket counter open at the LIR (Liberia, Costa Rica) airport?

Say, the first flight leaves at like 11:00 a.m., I'm assuming they open at like 9:00 a.m.

I ask because I recall that one time at PVR we got there early and they didn't open until 10 something AM at the earliest, but other airlines opened earlier.
