US-style continual tweaks to flight timings, flight numbers, outright cancellations etc are not something you can expect with AF and KL.
I disagree.
Both AF and KL are often changing equipment. YYZ often gets a B78X but can easily be changed to a B772 or B77W. Also schedule changes aren’t uncommon but if there is a change it’s well in advance.
