I received the 2 tags and card for almost a decade like clockwork. Then it stopped with the extensions due to COVID and now got 1 tag as well.

Works perfectly for me. I still have almost 15 tags in a pouch somewhere, several unused with the old scissor eagle. I do not understand why they're skimping on the applause certs. 8 to 6 to 4 now
Same here-- all I received was the luggage tag and applause certs. Actually contacted AA customer service to request the EXP card and they said it's not made any more?! Like others I've found that useful in far-flung partner lounges (at least in days gone by...)
