Taking a quick trip to OGG on the D1 from ATL, and it is not letting us select any entrees. It errors with the screenshot. It gave us the entrée option 7 days out, but just chatted with a DL agent who says it is 72 hours to T-24 that it will work. Why do they present the option at 7 days? Anyone else had this problem?
Update 12072022: Had the agent re-issue the ticket. No help. Deleted app and reinstalled no luck. But the good and weird news is that my wife and I were able to select our entrees via my wife's phone. My phone (Apple) on current IOS still gets the same message as I posted below. But my wife's phone (Apple - previous IOS) was able to select the entrees for both of us. I still cannot access the entrees on my phone. Desktop (www.delta.com) doesn't show the entrée selection at all, and neither does the iPad version. ATL - OGG meal selection transcon FC meals - 3 choices - the same ones for some time now if you've gotten a meal out of ATL. Return meals OGG - ATL -6 choices and very Hawaiian inspired. Don't know if the problem is the newer IOS, or that our PNR's are linked, or what, but there is an issue here. Oh, and never got an email (as I have on long flights with meal service before). Thanks Delta IT, I know we asked for the enhancement....

I tried using the iPad app compiled for MacOS on my laptop while monitoring the logs. It does appear that there are some warnings in the logs that may be causing this -- but I can't be sure.
That said, I tried on an android and was able to successfully pre-select meals, so it seems like there may be some compatibility issue with newer versions of the apple platforms and the meal selection feature, but not with the server side meal selection process. If anyone runs into this (and doesn't have an old iOS device around) I'd recommend finding a friend with an android and giving it a shot.
