I've taken Air Europa's 788 in J between Madrid and Tenerife a few times and I really like it. When I am flying them, I check which time of the day they have the wide-body aircraft and choose that time. They have not swapped it so far, and you can see which time operates which airplane. I'd encourage you to fly with them.
