IB Manage booking
Hello, I have return IB flights LHR-MAD-HAV and have managed to select seats for 3 of 4 segments. On the 4th segment I keep getting the message that an error has occurred. I also want to select special meals but the "please wait" loading screen just shows indefinitely and the meal requests never get saved. I've now tried different browsers, the app, and even with a VPN and the same errors occur. Anyone knows why?
Separately, how can one request a special meal for the shorthaul business segments? The booking management (which is not working as detailed above) does not even give that option. Thank you.
