2nd renewal data point (Canadian from Montreal):

Nexus expires on January 16 2023
Applied for renewal on June 23rd 2022
Received email notification of approval today on Dec 21st 2022 from original interview location in Champlain NY, no interview required even though change of address and multiple new countries added on
Expiration date January 2028
