I'm used to U.S. carriers posting schedule changes on weekends but, after seeing yesterday that our flights were as booked, this morning we got an email that our flights in April had changed: the late pair of flights BOS-CDG is not operating for our dates (Sunday in both directions), but I see that it still shows on some other days. Wondering if this is firm; with a 6 a.m. arrival in Paris, we may book our hotel stay to start the previous night to be sure of having our room ready.

ETA: I don't know if this fits in this thread, but our return is actually BOD-CDG-BOS after a river cruise. For the BOD-CDG flight, the foremost seats that can be assigned are in row 19; most seats ahead of it show not available but not occupied. Is there any forecast on when they might open up? Would cruise lines be holding those seats for pax who book the flight through them?
