should not be the case. Presume your kids are under your redemption group nominees right, and you redeemed miles on their behalf? It is not compulsory for redemption group nominees to be KrisFlyer members.

Were you trying to update details under 'Manage Booking' - what fields were you trying to update, and what was the error message prompted?
