I requalified around August, I've been EXP every year since the merger (2016?), was CP with US Airways for about 4 years before that. The kit included 1 physical full size card, 2 luggage tags, and applause chits. Not sure why my kit would be different that anyone else's.

I received the 2 tags and card for almost a decade like clockwork. Then it stopped with the extensions due to COVID and now got 1 tag as well.
Works perfectly for me. I still have almost 15 tags in a pouch somewhere, several unused with the old scissor eagle. I do not understand why they're skimping on the applause certs. 8 to 6 to 4 now
