Unfortunately my experience with MAS means that anything I read or am told by them that sounds remotely good or generous I don't really trust them and want to seek real world verification...
On their Enrich terms and conditions (https://enrich.malaysiaairlines.com/enrich/about-enrich/terms-conditions.html) it says

• Elite Points are not accumulative. g. Once a Member achieves an Elite Tier Status, they may re-qualify for such status, or a higher status, each year.  g. Failure to re-qualify for Elite Tier Status each year will result in the Enrich Member being reclassified to the next lower Membership Tier.  

Am I right in reading this as having earned Platinum this year (for next year), I will automatically be given Gold for the year of March 2024, a so called 'soft landing'?
