Really? Thats not quite how I'd interpret it.
Also good luck securing those LX throne seats when booking a UA codeshare. Yes there are other seats you can book for free whereas BA blocks out the entire cabin but the principal in as much as certain seats are out of bounds unless on a full J ticket or you are a high elite status holder is effectively the same.
