Booked signature class YYZ->FRA last week, and was surprised on my way off the plane by a concierge picking me up to drive me to the terminal in an electric Porsche Taycan. The concierge was lovely and friendly, the car itself was shiny new and quiet, for the first time I almost wish a transfer had been longer! Apparently they're restarting the service and randomly selecting people to treat with it? Not sure what the full details are, I'm rather out of the loop after the last few years.

That part of my trip was great. Just don't get me started on the absolute misery that was my Frankfurt transfer experience. I don't think I've ever had a more miserable set of flights to and from a destination. As the icing on the cake for my dedicated carry on only self: my first time checking a bag in a decade and it's still in FRA. I have it airtagged, but that doesn't help one bit when you're not in the area unfortunately, just have to wait for baggage people to sort it there. I'm not optimistic :/
