I travelled in early November and expected to see my bonus points posted in the Dec statement. It was not.

Contacted ANA in early December and have not heard back from them.
In the terms and conditions you can see that the bonus points for a particular month of travel will be awarded by the end of the following one, therefore bonus points for November travel will be awarded by the end of December. I'm still waiting on my November points too, so sit tight.
