I have an AAdvantage issued ticket with Etihad as the operating carrier that states
Cabin Baggage Allowance: 1 bag of 7kg
Checked Baggage Allowance:

That's right, nada, empty.
It does not say that the allowance is zero - its just blank.

Spoke to Etihad: they requested me to speak with AA
Spoke to AA: they dont know what to do and cannot "fix" this (they completely agree that there is a baggage allowance - but try explaining this to a minimum wage contract agent working for a ground handling company, when your flight is about to close...)

What else could I do?
