I think it would be also interesting to know how many pax have no clue of EU 261 at all and/ or how many pax would give up in case BA rejects the initial claim.
Unfortunately 99% of people affected won't have an FT account and hence won't have access to the knowledge of C-W-S and other geniuses here on the forum.
I would call myself a fairly frequent flyer but learned my stuff/ rights only by browsing on a daily basis here on FT and asking here for help if required.
