You can chop a big percentage off that as BA won’t exactly go out of their way to tell people what they are entitled to and the CAA will continue to operate under the mistaken belief that they are only responsible for air safety.
Hopefully the current effectiveness review results in the defenestration of this chocolate teapot of a regulator.
