I'll go out on a limb here and say (with common sense in mind) that all *A carriers wouldn't agree to such a crazy deal
Imagine, someone hits 200K this year and chooses the 15K bonus status miles to start, books online with US to get the extra 20,000 and voila, instant AC E without even flying once in 2005.
