This happens to me when I fly an airline other than NWA. I guess since I fly NW so much they know who I am now. I appears that this is the curse of having a common name (Smith, Johnson, Jones, etc.). I saw on CNN the other night that someone has started a class action lawsuit as a result of being "on a list".
