I'm traveling to Egypt for 1 month after the first of the year. Tried to order Egyptian pounds from Bank of America, where I get discounts. They won't sell or buy Egyptian pounds. No explanation. Other big money center banks also don't carry. What's the best way (combination of convenient and good price) to get some Egyptian pounds in the US before travel?
