since it sounds like you immediately tried to book a seat and found this out why didn't you just cancel if it offended you that much?

Sorry but whining about EASILY found information and then pitching a fit because we didn't all say "oh poor person, the evil airline is wrong and you are right" isn't the way to garner sympathy here.
